Just a little glimpse at the photo album and the amazing stack of letters that you all made possible!! The Craigs were so touched by all the time and effort that went into creating it and I want to thank each of you for making it happen :)

School is good....just not a lot going on this semester BUT I am not complaining about that. I should be much busier once I start work this week. I am SO excited. Hope everyone is well. I GOT THE JOB!!!

I was just offered and accepted the care partner position on 9 South, a general surgery unit at Vanderbilt Medical Center!!!! I was interviewed for two positions and both of the units wanted to hire me!!! 9 South was able to work with my school schedule better though so that's where I am working!! I could not be happier right now....it has been a long time coming....I officially applied for over 30 positions!!! YAY, YAY and praise the Lord!!!

Vanderbilt Lifeflight

Pretty sweet pic!!

Wilson Matthews (flight nurse). The stretcher is under the green bag and that's where the patient is during transport.

Looking so official!

That's my seat when we fly...right in the action, about a foot away from the patient!

Well, the ride-along didn't go exactly as I had anticipated but it was still cool! We had some crazy weather today- freezing rain, snow and low clouds. We got four calls during my shift but due to safety reasons couldn't fly...too dangerous. I still got to check out the helicopter which is AMAZING!! Tim Hurst and Wilson Matthews were the flight nurses I was with and they are really cool. I am being rescheduled to fly on another day...should know when sometime early next week. I am pretty excited to go again because they told me that they allow the riders to do as much as they are comfortable with...helping with transporting patients and other aspects of patient care- SWEET!! Enjoy these ground photos for now and know that there are more to come :)

These pics are from Sat. night at this Irish bar. Kristen and I went there and Matt and Colin just happened to be there too- random!! The band playing was great and we had a really fun night :) Things are good here...same old stuff. Still trying to get a job at Vandy. I have my ride-along with Lifeflight tomorrow and am CRAZY EXCITED!! It is basically the only thing I can think about. I will take as many pictures as they let me!! Love and miss you all.

Back in Nashville

Me and Whit doing our movie night at my apartment. I don't have a TV so we had to watch it on her laptop :)

Me and Holly hanging out at Vandy

Well, things are getting back to normal here in Nashville. School is good...pretty easy since I am taking a really light load this semester. I am still working on getting a job at Vanderbilt which has proved to be tougher than I thought. Please pray that something would open up soon!! I start clinical on the 29th so you can plan on some great stories...I have clinical at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital!! Miss and love you all.

Snowater

Me, Mom & Dad

Seriously, he was actually reading it. It was truly one of the funniest things I've ever seen...it had to be documented.

Mom's typical facial expression and hand gestures during ping pong...need I say more? We love you mom!!

Aren't they cute?

Uh, another classic Pat Sween. Her pants were dragging....this was the stylish solution. Again, we love you mom.

And, a special moment for Dad. He didn't bring flip flops so he wore dress shoes to the pool. It was a sight to say the least.

The three of us went up to Snowater (our timeshare at Mt. Baker) and had a great time. We spent my last few days in Seattle there and it was really peaceful and relaxing. We laughed A LOT, played some rousing games of ping pong and just really enjoyed hanging out together. Love and miss you all.
