Back from the Caribbean!

At the discoteque with my good buddy, Wilquin! He taught me some island dances and we loved hanging out with him. He was by far our favorite person at the resort!

Here are some pictures from my amazing trip to the Caribbean!! We had a blast and obviously don't want to be back at school. We layed on the beach, layed by the pool, rode ATV's, had treatments at the spa, danced at the discoteque, rode horses on the beach at sunset and of course made some good friends (the boys who work at the resort were sad to see us go!!). I still can't believe that I was able to go on this trip!! What an incredible experience! Only 8 more weeks of school left and then I get to go home for the summer!

A dream come true...

As some of you know I was highly disappointed that the NYC naked cowboy wasn't there when we went in January. However, little did I know that Nashville had its own naked cowboy!! He was incredible funny....just hanging out on the corner singing, nearly naked and more than happy to take a picture with me :)

Off to the Caribbean on Monday so this will be the last post until next week!

CORRECTION: I have been informed that the naked cowboy in Nashville is actually the original NYC naked cowboy and was visiting Nashville this week. I feel even more lucky now considering I got a photo with the original naked cowboy! I just love Nashville more everyday :)

Mom's visit to Nashville!!

Here are a variety of pictures for y'all to enjoy! Mom and I at the Loveless Cafe and on the walking bridge, one of my favorite instructors Ms. Murabito (mom and gma were able to meet her) and of course more fun pictures from the nursing labs. Since we were the only ones in there I took the opportunity to practice with the defribillator (clear! charging 300!!!). I also took the liberty of performing CPR on a dummie! There is also a cute photo with all the girls (Gma, Mom, Aunt Mar and me). It has been so fun to have my mom come and visit! I love being able to share my new little life down here in Nashville with her :)
